Typing at the end of a long text field keeps it in view

In the Mac app and in Safari, pressing Space at the end of a text field that stands at the bottom of a scrolled pane (the text for a pull request, the feedback field) pushed the pane up, so the field was half out of view until the next letter brought it back. Clicking into a formatted text to edit it did the same. Now the pane stays where it is while typing and when the field opens.
