Typing at the end of the PR text keeps it in view

Both recordings run in WebKit, the engine of the Mac app and Safari, on the same review card: the pane is scrolled to its end, the text for the PR is opened with a click at its last line, and a sentence is typed word by word. Chrome never showed the fault.

Before · each Space scrolled the pane up by 82 pixels, the next letter scrolled it back

After · the pane stays at its end for every Space and every letter

The fix holds for every text field that grows with its text, the feedback field among them. The click that opens the formatted text as a field moved the pane too: before by 94 pixels, now by 12, as much as the field is shorter than the formatted text.
