When an agent ticked off a workstream in the plan doc with its pull request number in front ("#15 — Order confirmation lists the delivery date"), Obeya showed only "#15" as the workstream's title on its tile and on the project page. Now the number stays in front and the description follows it, so a finished project still tells at a glance what each workstream delivered.
