The Workspaces pill says why a free clone goes to no card

When a free clone had uncommitted changes, the Workspaces pill still counted it as free, while a new task waited for a workspace without saying why. Now such a clone counts as blocked and its dot turns orange. The tooltip names the clone, the changed files and what to do about them. Other reasons a clone can't be used are shown the same way: git failing in it, its folder missing, or its machine unreachable. Once the clone is cleaned up, the waiting task starts within a minute.
