CI used to run Obeya's tests on Linux only. A Windows-only fault therefore went unnoticed: a process started next to a slow one inherited its pipes and waited for it to finish. Now a Windows runner also runs the tests of how Obeya starts processes, including the slow-gh case. If that fault comes back, CI fails. A release also waits for this job.
