With agents on Claude Code and Codex side by side, a card didn't show which one was working on it. Now the card's conversation names the harness and the model once, right beside its heading, for example "Claude Code · Opus 5.5" or "Codex · gpt-5.5". It shows the model the session actually started on, so a default or an alias appears as the concrete model it became. Hovering over the label shows the exact model ID.
