Text from the clipboard can now be pasted straight onto the canvas with ⌘V / Ctrl+V, just like a screenshot. With a card or the Obeya sidebar open, it goes into that field; otherwise it waits beside the microphone and goes along with the next voice message. So you can copy an email or an error message, press ⌘V and simply say what should happen with it.

Paste a file copied in Finder
A file copied in Finder or Explorer can now be pasted onto the canvas with ⌘V / Ctrl+V. It goes in by its path, just like a file dropped on the microphone: into the field in view, or beside the microphone under its name, ready for the next voice message.
