Usage limits as a thin meter per limit

The usage limits in the bar used to show a labelled meter with its percentage for the session and for the week. On a phone that ran off the screen, and the list a tap opens was cut off with it. Each plan now shows a thin meter for every one of its limits, one above the other in the order of the list, on the phone and the desktop alike. The list under them keeps the numbers and on the phone spans the screen. It no longer has a Hide button; the setting under Configuration turns the limits off.
