When a planned card has a long description, for example a workstream from a plan doc, its buttons used to sit below the whole text. You had to scroll to the end to find “Start agent”, so the open card seemed to have no start button. Now the row of buttons stays at the foot of the open card while the text scrolls beneath it, so a planned card starts from its open view as easily as from the canvas.
