Sitemap and robots.txt for obeya.si
Google had only indexed the homepage. Now both sites tell search engines which pages exist and when each last changed.

obeya.si goes live with the landing (the site workflow redeploys). demos.obeya.si gets its files with the next demo shared after the landing.

The deploy writes it, not a person: every page of the site, dated by the last commit that changed it. A page added later lands in the sitemap without anyone having to remember it. Below is the file the script writes from today's repository.

demos.obeya.si/sitemap.xml
Every listed demo site Obeya publishes now gets one: the overview and each demo page, with the same dates as its feed. It has its own sitemap because a sitemap can only list its own host's addresses. Unlisted (personal) sites get neither file, so they stay unfindable. Preview of the first lines, built from the live feed's entries:

Left for you
Once it is live: in Google Search Console, property obeya.si, open Sitemaps and add https://obeya.si/sitemap.xml (and https://demos.obeya.si/sitemap.xml once a demo has been shared since the landing). The domain property covers both hosts.
