A scratch Obeya for checks and demos has idle workers: a card can be at work, but nothing ever arrives in its conversation. Two new script commands now act as the card's agent. One adds a reply, a status line, a question or a handover. The other rewrites the card's HTML artifact and hands it over again. Open pages update live, just as they would for a real agent, so a check of the live conversation or the artifact refresh takes seconds instead of minutes with real agents.
