A scratch Obeya remembers its server by a process number in a file. After a reboot that number can belong to an unrelated program, and stopping the scratch Obeya used to end that program, on Windows by force and with everything it started. The stop now checks when the process started: one that started after the file was written is left alone. The scratch Obeya's own server still stops as before, and a stop that fails to end it now reports an error.
Stopping a scratch Obeya no longer ends other programs
