Every message in a card's conversation can be replied to with a button in its corner. Until you have replied once, that button now shows on every message, so it is easy to find. Before, it showed only on the latest message from the agent. After your first reply it stays out of the way and shows only while the pointer is on a message. On a touch screen it always shows.
