Proposals from the work retrospective can be accepted again

Proposals that the work retrospective puts on the canvas can be accepted again with "Übernehmen und starten", "Übernehmen" or "Als Idee besprechen". Since a recent change, accepting them failed with "This is no longer a proposal." The card still stayed a proposal in For You. Those proposals lacked details that agents' proposals always carry, and the check stumbled over the gap. Accepting now works for every proposal, including the ones already waiting on the canvas, so they can be started as usual.
