When a team shares a repository, every colleague's plan doc shows up as a project on your canvas. The arrow before a project's title now collapses it to its head, with a small mark for each workstream in the colour of its state. A workstream that needs you still stands out, and a click on its mark opens it. Collapsing is your own view: the plan doc and your colleagues' canvases are untouched.
