Obeya checks each card's pull request on GitHub every two minutes. Until now, it waited for GitHub's answers in a way that froze the whole page: on a slow day, switching canvases or opening a conversation hung for many seconds. Now every request to GitHub or Forgejo runs in the background, side by side and with a time limit, so Obeya stays responsive while GitHub takes its time, and a pull request GitHub does not answer holds up no other card.
