Saying “Review PR #5” to Obeya now starts a card that reviews a pull request someone outside the team opened. Its agent reads the change before running any of it, reviews the code, records a demo before and after, and runs the checks. The review's findings stand beside the demo: for each one you decide whether it goes to the contributor as a review comment or the agent makes the change itself. Merging takes exactly the reviewed state, links the demo on the pull request and updates main.
