When an agent reviews someone else's pull request, each finding used to offer two choices: send it to the contributor, or have the agent fix it on the PR. Some findings are worth fixing but shouldn't hold the PR up, such as the same gap in code the PR doesn't touch. Those now have a third choice, "As a follow-up task": the finding becomes a planned task of its own next to the review, with the finding's text and the PR's link, and the PR goes ahead without it.
