Before Obeya deletes a card's workspace, it runs the repository's stop command and then ends whatever still runs from the folder, along with what that started. Terminals someone opened there and programs that merely have one of its files open keep running. A stop command whose script the card's older branch does not have yet is skipped instead of failing; every other stop command runs. On macOS, folders reached through a link are found as well.
