On the phone, Needs you, Running and the lists below them now group their cards by canvas, each under a head with the canvas name and its count; a tap on the head folds that canvas's cards away. A card swiped sideways moves to a new list, Set aside, and comes back by itself once it needs you again, so work you only check at your desk no longer crowds the phone. A swipe in Set aside brings a card back at once. The canvas at the desk shows every card as before.

Phone: what a swipe does, and swiping left to snooze
Swiping a card on the phone now shows behind it what letting go will do. To the right, a card is set aside on this phone, for what you would rather handle at your desk; it comes back once it needs you again. To the left, a card waiting for you opens the usual Later menu right beside it, so you can snooze it until this evening, tomorrow or a time of your own. Set aside says it holds on this phone only, while the canvas at your desk shows every card as before.
