Phone: a card's question shows up as soon as you open it

When an agent asks something without offering answer options, its card on the phone used to open on its page: it said a question was waiting, but the question itself was behind the conversation button. Now such a card opens with its conversation up, the question in view and the answer field ready below it, just like a question with answer options.
