Flick the phone's conversation panel up or down

On the phone, you can now throw the conversation panel instead of dragging it all the way. If you let go while your thumb is still moving, the panel keeps going in that direction and slows down. A short swipe up opens it to full height, and a short swipe down closes it. If you stop your thumb before lifting it, the panel stays exactly where you left it, so you can still set any height you like. Resizing becomes a quick one-handed flick, much like scrolling on the phone.
