Obeya's answer no longer pops up while you're reading the main chat

When you ask Obeya something in the main chat, its answer used to show up twice: in the chat, and as a short white-on-black pop-up above the microphone. With the main chat open, the answer now appears only in the chat, because you're already reading it there. This holds for answers that come right away, answers Obeya looks up and sends later, and answers that arrive after a usage limit lifts, on the desktop and on the phone. Answers that come with an Undo action still pop up, since the chat has no Undo button of its own, and so do error messages.
