When you start a single workstream of a project, Obeya now checks the plan for the workstreams it builds on, including ones you haven't started yet. If it depends on one of them, it goes into the queue and says which workstream it waits for and that it isn't started yet, so you know what to start first. It stays blocked until that workstream has landed, even if you take it out of the queue or stop it. If you know better, "Start anyway" still starts it at once.
