In the Mac app, the window buttons used to cover the heading of the pinned navigation, and the bar beside it kept empty room for them. Now the navigation has a head as tall as the bar, with the window buttons in it and the heading after them, and it stays in place while the list scrolls. The bar starts right at the sidebar's edge. The list is now called "Needs you".
