Every question shows how it ended

When an agent asks something and the conversation moves on, the question now says how it ended: the option you picked stays ticked, or it reads "Settled by your message", "Asked again below" (with a link to where it was asked again), or "Left open" once the card moved on without an answer. Before, a question your words had passed over looked exactly like one still waiting for you, and a question asked a second time stood twice without telling them apart. The rule is the same on tasks, ideas and proposals.
