The Mac app keeps its microphone after rebuilding itself

The Obeya app installed from a checkout rebuilds itself when its shell changes. Until now that install deleted the bundle of the app that was still running, and macOS then denied that app the microphone until it was started again, so push-to-talk got no sound. The install now moves the running bundle aside and removes it only once nothing runs from it, so the microphone keeps working until the app restarts into its new build.
