When an agent's work lands, the message it gets now includes the address of the demo's shared page, so it can link the demo wherever it points people at the work, such as the comment that closes an issue. If the page is still uploading at that moment, the agent waits and gets the address as soon as the page is online. Without a shared page, the agent is told so and asks for a link instead of leaving it out.
