Obeya's coordinator handles three requests reliably

Obeya's coordinator now handles three kinds of requests reliably that it used to get wrong now and then. If you ask for a chart of what each task cost, it has an agent work it out from the session logs instead of saying Obeya can't do it. If you ask it to start one task once another is done, it always waits on the right one. And when a new task is to create a repository, it adds the canvas for it by itself once the task is done, as it promised.
