File paths move behind an info icon in the Configuration dialog

The Configuration dialog used to print "Saved in <path>" under every block, so the General section showed the same settings file four times in a row. Those lines are gone. The path now sits behind a small info icon beside each heading: it shows when you hover the heading, and on touch screens it's always visible and opens with a tap.
