In the Configuration dialog, the existing clones now come first. Below them, the number of clones Obeya creates itself reads "Also create new clones", and a line sums up how many clones the agents have on the machine. Before, the field was easy to take for the total number of clones. Lowering or emptying it now also takes the clones Obeya made out of the pool. A clone a task still works in stays until the task is done, and nothing is deleted from disk.
