When a repository leaves a canvas's configuration or fails to start, its cards stay on the canvas. Starting one used to hand it to the canvas's home repository, so its agent worked in the wrong code. Now such a card is marked "Repository not running", explains why in its panel, and refuses to start. Once the repository is back, the card starts in its own repository as usual.
