In a repository that works in a pool of clones, a card that was done could keep its clone taken, and other cards waited for a workspace that never came free. Obeya now gives back any clone whose card will not work in it again: a finished card's, a stopped workstream's once the plan doc on main ticks it off or drops it, and any lease no card names any more. It does so on the next change on the board and at the latest when Obeya starts. The card's branch stays in the clone, so nothing is lost.
