The task "S1: Foundation" ran directly in the project folder, not in its own copy. Approving it failed with this message:
Not landed: The Obeya checkout is not on main. Please switch to main there and approve again.
The owner did not understand why they had to switch to main themselves.
Expected: In this case Obeya should not show the owner a git instruction. It should do one of these instead:
On scheduled tasks, the only options are to start the task with an agent or to postpone it.
It would help to have a chat on the task before an agent starts it, like the one on an idea. There one could leave messages for the session, such as what to watch out for.
No agent needs to process these messages right away. They should wait until the agent starts. The agent then processes them together with the task content.
