On a review card, the choice picked for each finding used to reach the agent only with Send. Clicking Merge right away merged the PR and dropped those choices, so a finding meant to become a follow-up task never did. Now "As a follow-up task" and "Ignore" go with the merge, show in the conversation and reach the agent. A choice that would hold the PR up ("To contributor", "Change it myself") greys Merge until it is sent or taken back.
