When a pull request review finds several things worth fixing later, the reviewing agent now shows which findings belong together, so they become one follow-up task instead of one each. You still choose per finding, and what you write with your choice decides how they are bundled. The agent writes each task from what it learned in the review. If too many tasks end up on the board anyway, Obeya can merge planned tasks into one, keeping every text, or delete one.
