Repositories whose work goes out as pull requests have a new setting, "Merge automatically". It is on by default: Obeya merges a pull request once its checks are green and its review is through. Switched off, Obeya leaves the merge to the team: a ready pull request waits on its card with "Ready to merge" until someone merges it on GitHub, after a colleague's review, say. Review comments and failing checks still go to the agent, and the merge on GitHub marks the card live.
