The canvas switcher and the “need you” count are now one element at the top left. Its button counts everything that waits for you across all canvases. A click lists it the way the phone’s “For you” does, each canvas heading its own cards. A click on an entry opens that card, switching canvases if needed. On a large screen the list can be pinned as a sidebar on the left, next to Obeya’s chat on the right.

Light rows in the navigation, the open card marked
The navigation's entries are light rows: title, what the card waits for and since when, without the orange card frames. Obeya's unread answer looks like the other entries. When pinned, the sidebar stays in view while a card is open and marks that card; a click on the next entry opens it in its place.
