On every push to main, the test suite now runs on Windows and macOS as well as Linux. A fault that shows only on Windows no longer lands unnoticed. Getting there fixed the tests that failed only on GitHub's Windows runner and a browser-skill fault on busy machines. A run takes about 11–13 minutes, since the Windows test job is now the longest.
