Share on approval, or share now

Some repositories put each task's demo on the shared demo site as soon as the change is approved. A task now has a 'Share on approval' checkbox, ticked by default: untick it, and approving shares nothing. Next to it, 'Share now' publishes the demo before approval, so colleagues can discuss or review it before the change goes in.
