Checks and demos stay off the owner's speakers and screen

The repository's agent instructions now say that tests, live checks and demo renders must not disturb the machine they run on. They play no sound through the speakers, since text-to-speech renders to files, and they open no windows on the screen. They run headless wherever possible.
