Calm dependency arrows and a steady trash button

Dependency arrows on the canvas now keep the same width, head and course whether they are grey or highlighted: pointing at a card only turns its arrows orange, so the picture no longer jumps. The trash button on an arrow you drew is grey like the other remove buttons and darkens under the pointer. It keeps the same size on screen at every zoom, so it stays easy to hit when zoomed out.
